This tradition is made possible through collaboration between various dairy employee organizations and stakeholders in the dairy industry. In the 1970s, this collaboration was formalized into the\u00a0<strong>Nordic Dairy Technology Council<\/strong>, which is responsible for the congresses. In 2015, the Council registered as a nonprofit business partnership, with secretariat and service support from M\u00e6lkeritidende in Odense, Denmark. Since 2019, the Society of Dairy Technology from the UK\/Ireland has also been part of the Council.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We look forward to connecting with industry professionals, sharing insights, and discussing innovative solutions at this prestigious event.
