Kersia continues its development by penetrating the Scandinavian Food and Beverage Sector.
Kersia announces it has completed the transaction of the acquisition of the operational assets of Indevex Watertech AB (IWAB), a Swedish well-recognized partner in the F&B sector in Scandinavia. IWAB is a leading supplier and specialist of innovative food safety products and services with a constant focus on sustainable food and agricultural production. This strategic investment confirms Kersia’s global objectives: to create a global leader in food safety from Farm to Fork, including now the Food and Beverage segment in Scandinavia.
By joining forces with IWAB, the transaction enables Kersia to cover the Scandinavian Food Safety sector from Farm to Fork and allows the Group to better serve some existing international customers whatever their geography.
With the new organization in place, Nordic food producers will now have access to a complete and innovative range of cleaning and disinfection solutions in combination with high expertise and experience in optimizing food safety.
IWAB has since the start of their business (2004) grown to a well-recognized partner in the F&B sector in Scandinavia. Based in Gothenburg Sweden – IWAB is covering direct or through partners all the Scandinavian market.
IWAB offers a wide range of products and services within the field of food safety. Through partnerships with leading international companies, IWAB has become a portal of innovative and greener food safety technologies in the Nordic food sector.
This operation will complete Kersia local organization with a long experience in the farm sector. IWAB has a well experienced team, with a very good reputation of customer service and technical expertise from which we will build Kersia Scandinavian F&B offer.
