About the Nordic Dairy Conference 2025:

Since 1920, Dairy Congresses have been organized in the Nordic countries every second or third year. This tradition is made possible through collaboration between various dairy employee organizations and stakeholders in the dairy industry. In the 1970s, this collaboration was formalized into the Nordic Dairy Technology Council, which is responsible for the congresses. In 2015, the Council registered as a nonprofit business partnership, with secretariat and service support from Mælkeritidende in Odense, Denmark. Since 2019, the Society of Dairy Technology from the UK/Ireland has also been part of the Council.
